Quaint historic cottage with lovely outlook behind to bush and close to most Mt Wilson gardens. Accommodation pretty basic for price, but comfortable and warm. Could have been cleaner in places. expect more attention to detail when paying $$$$.
small things
- coffee pods provided don’t fit machine and no information about machine brand prior to stay. A back-up plunger wld have been good.
-Television not tuned in properly and no streaming services due to no internet.
- some of saucepans had not been cleaned properly and were filthy- had to wash before use.
- a small two person dishwasher would be great.
- kettle faulty - needs to be replaced.
- outdoor furniture on back deck needs to be replaced very old and rickety
- some attention to details and a little more thought to interior comfort and design and this cottage would be delightful

Beautifully nestled in Peaceful Mount Wilson. easy to find and easy to access local
bush walks, gardens and chestnut picking. Relatively easy drive to Blue Mountains or Bilpin. Property itself was very cosy and comfortable and had everything you could need (except for a bath!). Just remember to take all food that you need- there is nothing in Mount Wilson!
