This fully featured, two bedroom 140 sqm elegant house for independent guests Quiet privacy in a rural location while having next door access to the facilities of the Springfield Royal Golf and Spa Resort and nearby Hua Hin and Cha-am.
The expansive King size bedroom suites with full soaker tubs and shower bathrooms provide a large private spaces for one or two couples while the inviting living room and outdoor patios face into the tropical garden. AC throughout and the open walls are retractable day and night with solar and screened glass sliding doors.
The Lotus Estate Mansion house is next door and you are welcome to use the entire estate grounds and the two pools. You will often have the property and pools to yourselves.
