Our 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is completely renovated and furnished like no other. You will love the comfort of the plush pillow top beds and sheets.
The master bedroom features a King Size bed and a 40" new Sony 1080p smart TV that has both cable and access to Netflix. The other bedroom has a Queen Size bed. Both have closets, bureau and night tables. Both bedrooms have direct access to the long balcony with ocean-view.
**Cribs are available upon request at the front.
Master bedroom has its own powerful yet quiet a/c unit with wireless remotes to accommodate different temperature preferences, including one in the living/dining area.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, full-size fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster oven, dishes, glasses, cutlery, - everything you'll need!
Spacious dining room & family room with new 55" 1080p Samsung smart TV with cable and access to Netflix.
Both bathrooms have large showers and a retractable clothes dryer line. We've included a hairdryer in each bathroom.
There's a beautiful Huge pool full of loungers for your enjoyment. Poolside towel service available!
The condo is located on the 1st floor, only 8 steps up. There are staff members who will be happy to help you with your luggage.
The entire complex has been completely redesigned & renovated in July 2018 (pool, gardens, outer facade, restaurant etc). You’ll find the friendliest staff, eager to accommodate and cater to your every need.

- Playa Encuentro is a 15 minute walk and offers a "surf camp" for... you guess it... Surfing lessons.
- Kite Beach is about a 5 kilometers from the condo and is home to Cabarete's Kiteboarding school
- Cabarete Beach is 6.5km away and is World-renown for Kitesurfing competitions and beachfront bars and restaurants
- Playa Alicia is considered the "miracle beach" and is beautiful with lush greenery. It is within the Sosua borders of Cabarete and is only 8.7 km from the condo complex
- Sosua Beach - 9 km
There are ample private and public taxis available to take you anywhere you want to go! A public taxi would run you anywhere from $1.50 to $2.50 - depending on the beach distance.

We were 2 couples that stayed for 2 weeks.
This condo was everything we imagined it could be.
The kitchen was fully stocked, even has a blender for your favorite blender drinks!
Very convenient to pool & BBQ. Wonderful view of both the pool & the ocean.
PERFECT... 10 out of 10 !!

I really enjoyed my holiday in my two bedroom condo. It was quite so easy to relax. It was nice to chitchat around the pool with the people from all over. There's many vacationers from Quebec which was nice because my husband and I are francophones.
The condo is very spacious with lots of windows, I enjoyed the patio doors connecting to the back deck for both bedrooms. If you don't want to eat in a restaurant all the time, the kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook a meal. There's a nice restaurant right on the property.
The owner was very nice in changing my dates to a few days earlier with no hesitation. If I had questions or suggestions he was quick in answering and was very opened to suggestions.
The beach is just 15 minutes away, It was our daily morning walk for the day. The waves are strong enough so if you are a surfer, this is a good place for you plus there's rentals right there.
My husband and I are already talking about going back for one month this time instead of three weeks.

The condo was everything as advertised and more. The beds where very comfortable. I was very impressed overall with the conditions of the entire property and its quiet location.
