BEAUTIFUL RECENT RENOVATION: This stylish, modern and beautifully furnished top floor, west-facing, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort with stunning views and possesses the perfect balance of tasteful modern luxury and comfort, breathtaking views, and a playful Marvel themed room, including an Xbox One game station.
French doors connect the living room and master suite to two private terraces with stunning views of the Arnold Palmer Legacy golf course, with the magnificent Heritage Crossing pools and hot tubs close by. Two more French doors connect the living room to the master suite (with a black-out curtain for complete privacy), and an outdoor chaise lounge and bench providing the ideal perch to relax. The glass doors and high ceilings allow natural light to fill the apartment year-round, while the black-out shades allow you to sleep late or go to bed early if you need to transition to the time change. Fall asleep on the highest quality mattress and linens on one of two king size beds, or the two full size beds in the children’s room. In addition to the 55” HD smart TV in the living room, all bedrooms also have 39” HD TV’s all with cable channels. A high-chair, stroller, and Pack-n-Play are all provided for your use.
With seating inside and out, there are two great places to enjoy a meal overlooking the beautiful surrounding landscape. The kitchen and all bathrooms have polished granite counters and solid wood cabinets. The master bathroom has an oversized bathtub and separate shower, while the 2nd full bathroom located adjacent to the other two bedrooms also has a bathtub-shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, electric tea kettle, and even a Nespresso coffee & espresso machine (available upon request). Additionally, there is a 4-slice toaster, blender, stainless steel microwave, oven, stove, stainless steel dishwasher in a kitchen fully stocked with all flatware, dishes, cookware and utensils.
All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort – including 2300 acres of scenic walking trails perfect for relaxing strolls or morning runs right out your backdoor, world class amenities including infinity pools, a full-service spa, on-site fine dining, including the rooftop restaurant with views of Disney's fireworks, and a fully equipped fitness center. Please note this home does not include access to certain other amenities, such as golf access, or the little onsite water park (lazy river with 1 slide).

No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes, including strict compliance with respect for neighbors. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted by local law enforcement officers with no refund.
No Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.
Security Deposit: This listing requires that a $200 refundable security be paid 24 hours before arrival.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

The property was amazing, location was great and the resort was perfect for the days spent by the pools. We chose the pool near the condo, which was walking distance, and was very quiet. Check in and check out was super easy and the instructions / directions provided prior to arrival were extremity accurate.Our host Michael was wonderful and kept us informed of everything we needed to know, I would highly recommend this property.

My family and I had had the most amazing stay! The place was beautiful and clean. Michael the property manager was AMAZING!!, he responded promptly every time I sent a quick email for quest. We will definitely recommend and re-book!!

The location is great, with many amenities within walking distance. It is very clean and spacious. I loved the added touch of getting to enjoy a Nespresso coffee. I also appreciated a few items left, such as mini dish soap and a packet to wash laundry if needed. The themed room was such a nice touch that even our teens enjoyed it. We had a minor issue with our door code not working and the pool key card being deactivated, we sent a quick note to the owner, and he was very quick to respond and assisted in helping us resolve these minor issues. The property views from the balcony are also very nice, and I highly recommend this location for your next stay.
