"Lifes A Beach" Gulf Front Townhome! Stunning views of the Gulf!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was located in a perfect spot right on the gulf. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and also within a minute or less be right at the ocean front. We had a pretty windy/wavy week with lots of red flags, so unfortunately did not get to see the glassy calm waters I've been following on one of the Navarre Facebook sites and dying to see, but you cannot predict the weather! Gives us more reason to come back! As for the house itself, it was much larger than we expected on the inside. Everything was clean and in good repair. We did not cook a lot, but it appears we would have all the tools we would need to do so. The shower in the master bedroom was very amazing. We had lots of space to spread out in the house, but we spent most of our time outside. I also loved the walking path across the street, which we took down to the coffee truck a couple times. It allowed us to give our dog a good walk, as dogs are not allowed on the beach here (there are separate dog beaches, but given our dog does not like the big waves, we did not try one these). We loved the drive down to Pensacola as well, through the national seashore. It was so beautiful. Pensacola was fun for a day if you want to shop or have more restaurants, but we prefer the more laid back feel of Navarre beach. Thank you for a beautiful stay and we will definitely be back!

The house was everything rheybsaid it would be. We loved the location and the quietness of the location. We will definitely be back.

Great location and easy access to the beach.

The property was ok. When you walk in you smell a musty smell. It was clean and orderly. The upstairs bathroom in the hallway has black mold on the shower curtain, ceiling and walls in the shower. The vent fan also doesn’t work in that bathroom either. The ceiling fan in the twin bedroom is very shaky and loud. The main king bedroom was nice. The bathroom was spacious. The shower head is just very high. The other king bedroom was nice as well. Just a little small. The downstairs living room, kitchen and powder room were all nice.
