My apartment is complete and fully equipped. It is on the ground level and attach to the left side of the house, It has its private gate and private entrance, Spacious bedroom, large kitchen, living room, large bathroom, large porch with surround sound system, large back yard with tropical fruit trees. Extremely clean and quiet. Perfect geographic location: 7 mns to North Beach - 15 mns to Miami Airport - 20 mns to South Beach - 20 mns to Down Town Miami - 8 mns to Aventura Mall - 25 mns to FLL Airport - Large variety of Amenities - Cable TV - Free WI-FI internet - Free parking - washer and dryer - Cooking and Cleaning accessories. The owner and his mom are very welcoming and friendly. The apartment has no separate living area, but access to a large backyard. Everything you need is in the apartment. Its on a very busy road, so hard to turn in to the driveway. We had a fantastic time in Miami! Its a great city.

The place was in a very convenient area!!! Very quite!!! Very clean home!!!! But the hospitality that we received was awesome!!! I will be returning in July and I’m excited!! Thank you so much for everything

We were very pleased with our 10 day stay. Emmanuel was a pleasure to meet, and does not hover, but could have been contacted easily if needed. The unit was as pictured, not fancy but adequate for our needs. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Though we did not do any cooking, everything we would need to cook and serve meals was available. We appreciated the cold bottled water, fruit basket, tea, sugar, etc. that Emmanuel provided. The unit was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and wonderfully quiet.
We love the location, near to our favorite area restaurant, Flannigan's (their ribs are amazing); and only about three miles from a favorite beach (Haulover). There are several parks nearby, we rented kayaks at Oleata, and bikes at Haulover. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby. For us it was an ideal location.
The one thing not provided, that would have been helpful for me, was a hair dryer.
We were glad we found and booked this VRBO, and will be back next year if it is available.
