We had a very nice experience at Henry’s place. The apartment is perfect for two people, but three will be ok too.
Henry was always nice to us and replied quickly, even when we were not able to get the keys and texted him at 2am.
The apartment is very close to the subway and the upper east side. We were able to walk to the Guggenheim and Copper Hewitt, and got everywhere else by taking the subway.
Only problem I noticed: there is a small uphill walk when going out of the subway that can be overwhelming when you are tired. Plus, you’ll have to climb three floors using the stairs to get to the apartment (there is no elevator).

This listing is a very nicely decorated apartment, in a neighberhood with several good restaurants just around a corner, and is very close to a subway stop. The host also texted a few times during my stay to check in.
However the building has cockroaches. It does seem like there are pest control measures in place, as two of the times that I saw a cockroach it was already dead. The basement laundry room is also very dirty.
TLDR: nice host, good apartment, bad building.
