In a mansion of the 17th / 18th century restored and classified as a Historic Monument, in the heart of the ramparts of Noves, charming accommodation (cement tile floor, French ceilings) quiet, fully equipped.

The apartment of 74 m2, totally renovated with taste, is located on the 1st floor. The rental is composed of:
- Salon / library oval, 20 m2, flagship piece on the ground in old cement tiles, its Provençal paintings,
- a kitchen, French ceiling: dishwasher, microwave / combo / grill, ceramic hob 4 burners, fridge, freezer and a dining area,
- Two rooms are at your disposal:
* one of 17 m2, French ceiling, 1 bed 160x200, office space with printer, paper available.
* the second bedroom, 10 m2 garden side, 2 beds 80x200, or on request 1 sleeping 160x200,
- Bathroom with washer dryer,
- independent toilet,
Clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The accommodation has wifi in all rooms, flat screen TV, stereo, CD / DVD / BLU-RAY, telephone landline, intercom / videophone.
The beds are made on arrival, towels provided, welcome kit with slippers, shower gel / shampoo offered.
Fans are available, the walls are very thick and keep cool.
Tourist information is available in the lounge.
Maximum rental period: one month.

The mansion was restored by Etienne François Antoine Baudil Senchon of Bournissac, Provost General of the Senechaussee of Provence, at the beginning of the 18th century. Behind the imposing facade, there is a large monumental staircase with a baluster ramp leading to the rental with "French" ceilings.

Tout est vraiment idéal endroit au calme mais pas très loin. Des points de visite appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût rien ne manque et très bon contact avec Catherine et Irina sur place.Merci pour la découverte agréable de votre location😃
