Unique luxury apartment and rooms

Location was very central to all pints of interest.

There was a step down into the main area and bedroom that not only did my 92-year-old mom miss and take a tumble, but I also did not expect but was able to gain my footing luckily and avoid a misstep and fall. Also, the host's constant reminder of payment for tourist taxes was frankly annoying. I am sure that previous guests may have conveniently forgotten and not paid but I for one do what I say I am going to do. I knew before I arrived how much the tax was and that I was to leave it on the kitchen table. Which I gathered and placed in the glass bowl on the kitchen table soon after arrival.

Location it’s 20minutes walk to the centre. Easy check in and out

Very noisy from the street that wakes me up 3 times at night plus the bed isn’t comfortable The water in the shower is weak and the showers door doesn’t close well.

Instructions for locating and entering the apartment were good. We were told to get a key to open the door, but it had been changed to a keyless key pad, so we had to call the owner. He did respond quickly. The owner arranged for a car pickup from the airport. The main bedroom was large.

There was absolutely nothing "luxury" about the apartment. The location was too far north for us. It was at least a 35-minute walk to the closest ancient site. Sirens in the middle of the night racing in front of the apartment was unwelcome. The vibe of the place was not comfortable. For example, there's a sign in the bathroom that says if you put anything in the toilet (besides the usual), you'll be charged 500 euros and reported to the authorities. Another sign in the elevator says if you don't close the doors when exiting and something happens, they'll charge your credit card 500 euros. They also texted us that the housekeeper was coming at 10 am, which is the exact checkout time. It didn't feel welcoming like other Italian rentals we had.
