Ubicación (ideal para visitar diferentes zonas turísticas), tranquilidad de la zona (poco tráfico y baja densidad de población), aparcamiento interior y amabilidad y trato de los propietarios.
La zona común exterior, incluida la piscina, no es de uso exclusivo para los huéspedes, ya que también es utilizada por la familia propietaria. Si bien, el anuncio no contempla su uso exclusivo ni un 100% de privacidad para los huéspedes, así que no miente.
