Just okay

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. (They also spoke English) it was nice to have a sofa and kitchen area. The hight and plenty of windows was very nice.

The white sheets and pillows had multiple stains on them, there wasn't any supplies to clean the dishes being used, there was no extra toilet paper, and the bathroom window (although on the ceiling{but still, facing a balcony}) didn't have blinds, so when someone was working on the roof, I felt very vulnerable while I was showering! Not okay! It was confusing where it was exactly, because originally on the map it was closer to the center, but the address given (after I booked it) was somewhere completely different(20 minutes on foot out of town). I called to get details, and the owner hung up on me. I can only assume it was because I was speaking English. I called back with and for my friend to speak Serbian, bit the call was denied, so we called form a different phone, and finally got an answer. It could use a lamp for the evening time, so the overhead light isn't as harsh. I don't like giving this kind of review, but it was my holiday and the overall stay wasn't great. Lots of little things could have made it better if they are fixed.

Дуже не сподобалося те, що в букінгу - при отриманні маршруту до помешкання, навігатор нас привів зовсім в незрозуміле місце, яке було розташоване на значній відстані від нашого номеру і дуже важко було знайти необхідну адресу навіть зв'язавшись із власником номеру. Як виявилось нас додатково проінформували про адресу, якої просто не існує. В подальшому виявилось, що є великий готельний комплекс, в якому є ще своя номерація будинків, серед якої і був наш корпус і то не з тим номером, що нас повідомили спочатку. Шукали свій номер більше години. Прошу власницю апартаментів внести зміни в букінгу, щоб навігатори приводили саме до Вашого корпусу, а не до іншого будинку на значній відстані і щоб іншим людям в подальшому не було таких проблем.
