Lake Travis Waterfront Home with Large Private Dock on Deep Water Cove!

Property was classic lakehouse--a little old, but clean and comfortable. Randall is great to work with--professional, courteous.

This is our second summer to stay at this property and we loved it just as much! Has everything we need and just so relaxing! Great family time! My ONLY issue is the mattress in the master bedroom it feels like you are sleeping on box springs. But I knew that issue from the first time and still went back! The owners are are great! Would definitely recommend!

The owner was great. He had just finished power washing all the decks and boat dock when we arrived. Great views and comfortable house to relax. Bring your water toys but know that it is a pretty good hike down to the lake. Captain Pete's Boathouse is a great place to have lunch or dinner and JJ BBQ and Burgers is a great takeout place to get food and bring it back to the house.

The house met all the needs for our family vacation. The water level was low but the deep water cove with dock access allowed us to not miss a beat. The house is well appointed and all the basics were covered. We enjoyed using the dock for our boat and grilled while we were there. The location on the lake and view can't be beat! The nearest town Lago Vista had adequate dining, grocery stores, etc and downtown Austin is ~45 min away.

Randall and Madeline's lake home is the perfect getaway. It's just remote enough to feel like you're "getting away," but all conveniences that you could need are still within a reasonable drive. The house is very clean and comfortable but at the same time has the relaxed feel of a vacation home. The house has everything you could possibly need-- the kitchen is almost as well -furbished as mine at home! Besides kitchenware, the home was well-stocked with a more than adequate supply of towels, blankets, and anything you could need. My family had a great time swimming and boating off the dock. Some people may find the walk to and from the lake to be a bit of a hike, but I'm a "fluffy" middle-aged woman and had no trouble at all, in fact I kind of enjoyed the exercise. I would definitely stay in this home again. The ONLY thing I think could be improved upon would be if they had a few "toys" available, such as floats, lily pads, etc. The other home we considered included kayaks and a canoe, which was really tempting. We're glad we went with this home, but few water-sport accessories would make this house perfect. I want to add that although we didn't have any major issues I had a couple questions while we were there, and Randall and Madeline were incredibly responsive. This is an easy rental--no complicated check-in or check-out process and everything within the home is easy to operate--but if you do have a question you will get an almost immediate response. We had a great time and would love to go back soon!

We absolutely LOVED the location and home was perfect. Such a wonderful and relaxing family vacation! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!

House was clean and had plenty of amenities for everything we needed. Lake swimming was excellent with a nice cove with low boat traffic, making it great for fishing and relaxing.

This house was so perfect for my husband and his group of friends, they all said the pictures didn't do it justice. Perfect location, with direct lake access. They would stay again and also highly recommend to others!
