Perfect location, walking distance to all sites. Nice view over the old city. Igli helped us park the car in the narrow street. Family room with separate bedroom for the kids. Very large bed.

Airconditionning very noisy and not efficient, especially on very hot day. the bathroom is private but not connected to the room directly. Despite very large bed, too hard for our taste. I missed having a coffee machine available in the room.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available, even when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The room was perfect and had a superb view. Breakfast was also fantastic, with freshly made eggs, fresh fruit, and an exceptional view to enjoy while eating. A special mention also goes to Laki, the very cute little dog who made the stay even more charming. Overall, an amazing stay. If we come back to Berat, we would certainly stay here again!

Everything was brilliant. Igli has shared his beautiful home as the most wonderful guest house. The location was right in the centre of Berat. The accommodation does have parking, and Igli whatsapped us on the day and came and met us up the bottom of the hill in our rental car as it’s a steep and scary drive up! He showed is to our room through a beautiful courtyard, and views overlooking Berat. The room was clean, cool and had great views. Breakfast the following day was laid out at the time we were asked for, lovingly made by Igli with beautiful jam, eggs, fruit and vegetables, overlooking the town of Berat from a roof terrace shared with just one other booking. The breakfast was vegetarian which is perfect as we are halal eaters. Everything was perfect, and on exit Igli drove our car out for us into the main street. We honestly can’t believe where we stayed for the cost. It was beautiful and so peaceful.

Nothing - the parking was excellent but hard to access due to the nature of the road. Don’t let that put you off though, it is maybe 50m of the road like this, and Igli will drive for you if you struggle!
