Adorable little independent house, entirely renovated in 2017, in property at the entrance of the Parc des Bauges.
Ideally located for your winter or summer holidays.
7 km from the center of Chambéry and 12 km from the Nordic Savoie Grand Revard plateau with its 150 km of cross-country ski trails, family ski resort and various mountain activities.
All stations of Savoie, Isère and Haute-Savoie between 35 minutes and 1 hour by car.
Ground floor: 1 kitchen living room, 1 bed 160 bed, separate shower room and wc
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, 1 shower room + wc
Equipment: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, TV .....
Linen provided. Cleaning fees paid directly at the end of the stay from 50 € up to six people over 70 €. Uncashed deposit check 800 € drawn up on arrival.
Pets not allowed.

Super!!! « La petite maison » est très agréable, moderne, propre, tout est neuf, équipée il ne manque de rien! Hôte très sympathique, accueillant!
Très belle balade à faire aux alentours.

Très jolie maison, elle est très bien équipée et très moderne. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, les enfants ont apprécié les livres et les jeux. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.
