We had a very nice stay at this rental. It is a second and third floor combined apartment. It is older, but clean, and very homey. The stairs up to the apartment are a little difficult to navigate so be aware of that, but there is a back entrance up the deck stairs that were much easier. We had a small blip with the smoke detector and James was very responsive in getting that taken care of for us. I would not hesitate to rent hereagain, so I guess that is the best recommendation.

This property is nice and spacious. About 30 minutes from Amherst. The area is quiet and easy to get to. Clean and interesting decor, with everything one needs in the kitchen!
