The house suited our needs fine and the location was nice and convenient. Very easy drive to several beaches or a short 1-mile walk. The home is pretty dated, but there was plenty of room for people to hang out. The exterior of the property needs some maintenance as there are several overgrown shrubs and trees encroaching on the entrance of the house. The inside of the house could use a good cleaning as well, the floors were pretty dirty and the house had a pretty significant ant problem. We still had a good time at the house and if a little more time was spent on maintaining the property and cleaning the floors it could be a really nice rental cottage. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and very convenient.
