350 m from the Grande Plage of Dinard (Beach of the Ecluse) and 150 m from the market, close to all shops, this house in perfect condition, very well equipped, consists of a living room, a kitchen separate, a bedroom with wardrobes / wardrobes, a bathroom with separate toilet. You will have at your disposal television by the box, internet wifi code, amp adaptable on your smartphone, computer or tablet; many books for young and old. The kitchen is extensively equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer box, microwave, dishwasher, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

My husband spent a lovely three nights in Dinard. The apartment was as pictured, getting in was very easy and Gerard always responded promptly to messages.
Location is great, 5 min walk from pretty much anything you want to do in the town. Parking was pretty easy to fine as well!

Quiet and central location. Garden is shared with a neighbour but that didn't cause any problems. Everything you need except for towels is provided. Clean, tasteful. Would suit someone with mobility problems as all on same level just be aware that when the beds are zipped together as a double there is not much room to manoeuvre at the sides but we managed fine . We hope to go back as it's good value

A very comfortable and well equipped house. M and Mme Vayer met us on arrival and were very charming and helpful (they booked a taxi for us from/to the airport). Great location, close to shops, beach and town. All good, nothing negative to add!
