About this house rental
Casa de Ballena offers so many amenities, you may find you don't want to leave the house! Careful thought has gone into every detail to make to make your visit a special as possible from a variety of outdoor amenities, luxurious beds, Oribe toiletries, artwork and beautiful furnishings.
Included is the use of a 6-person golf cart (with a separate signed agreement, proof of insurance and a valid driver's license).
Casa de la Ballena has 4 bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom and an additional 1/2 bathroom on the main level.
The bedrooms are :
- 3 bedrooms with King Beds (one on the main level)
- 1 bedroom with a Queen bed
Each bedroom has at least one iphone/apple watch/airpod charger, a 4G smart TV with complimentary HULU for live tv viewing, an aromatherapy diffuser.
Additionally there is a King Koil air mattress and a pullout sofa in the upstairs living room.
The first floor master bedroom offers privacy and convenience while three bedrooms upstairs are connected by a second living area and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, wine refrigerator and coffee maker.
Both living areas have large 4G Smart TVs with Hulu and an Amazon Firestick. The upstairs living area has a full size pullout sofa and a Playstation Pro.
For those who hate to miss a workout while on vacation we have plenty of fitness equipment!
Upstairs you will find the Peloton area with a Peloton bike (you can bring your own shoes or we have cage adapters to wear with your sneakers and a pair of Peloton shoes in a men's 9), Peloton weights (2 lbs, 3 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 15 lbs 20 lbs), a Peloton mat, Peloton resistance bands and Peloton Yoga strap and blocks. You are able to stream the Peloton app using the Kindle Firestick! On the upstairs balcony, you can attach the TRX system and exercise while taking in the beauty of the Pacific Ocean!
If you'd like to workout on the main level, we have a exercise bench, weights, resistance bands, pilates equipment, mat, a stability ball, foam roller, resistance bands, a jump rope and weights. We also have tennis rackets, pickle ball equipment and putters for the putting green. There is a complimentary fitness center in the Copala clubhouse and tennis/pickleball courts at Pacifica and Sunset.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook every meal if you desire . . . . it is fully equipped with a Keurig/pot coffee maker, a blender, a microwave, full-sized oven, instant pot, griddle, waffle maker, air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, slow cooker, food processor, etc.
Step outside the sliding glass doors to your own outdoor oasis with views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. On the main terrace, you'll find an amazing firepit with seating for 10, a putting green, a swimming pool, an over-sized hot tub, 4 lounge chairs, a dining area with a grill.
Walk upstairs to the rooftop terrace to enjoy amazing views, a large hot rub which seats 7 people, a fire pit and sofa, two lounge chairs, a billiard table and a second grill.
Our home also features high speed wifi, a vpn router that allows guests to watch US television, a large-sized washer and dryer.
Other amenities include board games, a wireless speaker, binoculars, beach towels, and cornhole. Guests may also purchase the all-inclusive dining plan through Pueblo Bonito.

This is a gorgeous home! As a family, we have been to Cabo several times, always stayed in Pedregal, but decided to try Quivira which has been building up since we first started traveling there. We are thrilled w our decision! Literally this house has Everything you need ... from pool lounges to toiletries to THE MARGARITA Machine they have it all. Beautiful scenery, beautiful 1st floor interior that just opens up to the landscape. We are a family of 7 traveling together, everything is as described. I read a couple of reviews that said bring washer pods, kcups or what ever, don't. They even had a high end coffee stock in the fridge (that we replaced cause it was so good with 7 of us we went through it!) The community is awesome, there is a little club house a quick walk away w a beautiful pool, spa, drinks & food. And a larger community center a quick golf cart away with all the restaurant options you can imagine. I would jump at the chance to go back!

Initially, I was concerned about the size of the house with 3 couples as in the past we have always rented larger homes. However, this home was the perfect size, the shared living space has an open floor plan allowing everyone to gather comfortably in the kitchen/dining/living room.
The rooftop gives you an amazing view of the ocean and golf course. If you have golfers in the group, they have entered into paradise. I would suggest booking tee times months in advance.
The resort property is huge with many restaurants and pools to enjoy. They have the cutest market with all of the food and desserts you could imagine. Renting a golf cart is critical to navigate the property. When venturing out we used the Copala Concierge that was phenomenal at quickly scheduling transportation out of the property. The sunsets at the clubhouse are breathtaking with a very chic Miami vibe on the beach.
Downtown Cabo is only 2 miles away but it takes about 25 minutes to get there due to leaving the pottery and traffic.
Kathleen did an amazing job at recommending an amazing chef and offering specific check-in instructions. Her team was quick with answering questions.
10/10, would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! I would give them an 11 out of 10. Very clean, very quiet neighborhood and villa. We would definitely recommend.
