Welcome to the Villa des Jaulaines!
Located on the Ile de Ré in Sainte Marie de Ré, our 220 m² vacation rental welcomes you all year round.
With a magnificent heated swimming pool of 45m², the villa is located on a closed ground of 1500 m² on the edge of the vineyards, offering a breathtaking view of the island of Oléron.
The beach is just a 2 minute walk away.
This charming villa is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay on the Ile de Ré in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
Equipment
The house includes: a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, 4 bedrooms including two parental suites with shower room and WC as well as a separate bathroom.
Outside, you will enjoy a fully enclosed garden including a 45m2 heated swimming pool, a south-facing covered terrace with a large bay window and a second large south-east facing terrace with a dining area, a barbecue and garden furniture.
You also have a private garden on which are installed a badminton court and a pétanque court. Finally, you benefit from a closed private car park to park your car.

We loved our stay at the villa. Spacious, in a quiet part of the village, with great outdoor pool and space for everyone to relax. Comfortable rooms, very modern kitchen and plenty of indoor and outdoor space

Great location walking into village (shops) and to the sandy beach. Large villa with lots of space and great pool area and garden. Bathrooms and decor dated but house very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend a stay here

Loved the location on edge of village, country views and short walk to the sea. Quiet location, perfect for family time. Very spacious place, well fitted kitchen. Quick cycle to the bakery, small food hall and quality restaurant. We found everybody so friendly. Totally loved it.

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle pour 8 personnes. Plusieurs espaces permettent de ne pas être les uns sur les autres tout en se retrouvant autour de la table en intérieur ou en extérieur autour d’une table ou de la piscine. Espace nuit bien séparé pour respecter le rythme de chacun, grand jardin pour que les enfants courent et piscine idéale. Un bemole pour la cuisine qui est vétuste, compliqué lorsque l’on veut cuisiner les bons produits du marché qui est à 5 min en vélo. Emplacement aussi très agréable, à 5 min à pied de la plage, calme juste à côté de la belle église et accès directe à la piste cyclable qui longe la côte. Pour la plus belle plage de l’île (plage de la couche) compter 30 min de voiture au mois d’août mais ça vaut le coup. Une première fois à l’île de re très réussie le village est authentique et accueillant.
