בעל הדירה נתן מענה לכל בעיה באופן מיידי, צוות מסור ועוזר. הדירה קרובה לחוף ולצוק בכדי לראות את השקיעה. בריכה גדולה , חדרים גדולים ומרווחים.
קצת תקלות שטופלו במיידי כמו מזגנים תקולים, אין מים חמים במקלחת אך חשוב להבהיר שהכל טופל באותו היום. לגבי המיקום רחוקה מהמרכז בערך 20 דקות הליכה כל פעם שקצת מבאס

Roupa de cama rasgada, suja ou mal lavada. Lençol nem cabia no colchão. Banheiro sujo e pia entupida. Toalhas sujas e fedidas. Casa toda com cheiro de mofo e empoeirada.
