Cretan Minoan has amazing apartments, ideal for families. Zákros is a very authentic Greek village, and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. The furnishings in the apartment are completely new, and the cleanliness was impeccable. One detail worth highlighting is the wonderful view from the terrace. There is a convenient parking area right beside the building, while another spacious and easily accessible one is just 50 meters away. The apartments are also within easy walking distance of the village center, which can be reached by a charming downhill path with paved stone steps.

We had a lovely stay for our first time in Zakros. The view was amazing, the breeze off the balcony welcomed especially in the hot days of summer. The beds were excellent and the pillows 10 out of 10! I've traveled extensively and stay in 4 and 5 star hotels often but pillows are always awful so, I normally now travel with my own. In this case we were all happily surprised! Almost wanted to ask where they were purchased 🤣

Not an issue of dislike but it's on a hill.

Die Lage an die Strände war optimal. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Dame, die uns empfangen hat sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die große Terrasse hat zum Verweilen eingeladen und es war sehr sehr ruhig 😌

Die Dusche könnte etwas optimiert werden (besser Vorhang und Duschhalterung Der Ort an sich hat nicht viel zu bieten (keine Restaurants, in denen man einigermaßen ordentlich essen konnte oder eine Bäckerei) - dafür kann die Unterkunft allerdings nichts 😇
