This 11th-floor condo is located right on the beach, within easy walking distance of Aloha Falls Miniature Golf, Boogie Down Golf Carts and Cycles, and other activities and restaurants. Three miles north is the heart of Daytona Beach, where you'll find countless shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, the Joyland Amusement Center, and the Daytona Lagoon Water Park. If you're looking to take an easy day trip, you'll be one hour from Orlando, just over an hour from Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center, and an hour-and-a-half from Jacksonville.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property had the basics. It was builder grade, with no updates. The communication with the managers was delayed. There was water that came into the condo from a hurricane and no help was provided by the management company. I’d recommend staying at a condo with an owner as the manager.
