This property was perfect for two couples traveling together. We stayed in the aA unit which was on the top floor. Easy access to the shared patio/deck. There are also parking spaces available. There was plenty of room to relax. The beds were very comfortable and the primary bedroom had an en suite bathroom. There is big living room with plenty of seating. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. It was a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a grocery store a block away, and an And an easy walk to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Dave was a great host. He let us drop our bags off before our check-in to explore the city, and he was nice enough to let us know of an item we left behind and met us downtown to give us the item back. It's a great place to stay and he's a great host. If we come back we will definitely stay here again. 10/10 experience.

We had a wonderful time!! This home is in a perfect location. It’s so easy to get to all the things in and around Anchorage. The view is spectacular on the deck. The light in the main area is so bright and lovely. And it felt so roomie and comfortable. The beds are also very comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive, friendly, and had great suggestions for us! Just a note to bring all of your own toiletries… I would definitely recommend staying at this VRBO.Happy Travels!

We arrived at the property about 30 minutes past 4:00pm check-in. Grass was being mowed and other property maintenance occurring. I think I spoke to the owner, but there was no welcome, introduction, or explanation. The house did appear to have the items in the listing description. Fortunately we had planned day trips and did not spend much time in the house. The master bathroom was not clean. The floors hadhair and dust accumulation around and on the baseboards. Upon further inspection, it was apparent that cleaning was not the priority. There was remnants of food on the carpet under the dining room table and overall could have been cleaner. Overall, a decent space with amenities, yet there are opportunities for improvements. Most desirable amenity was the air conditioner units that made the place comfortable for sleeping.
