Ground floor, two-way T3 flat for 6 people with 50 m² of living space in front of the front courtyard and 30 m² rear terrace planted with trees.
Living room with sofa and armchairs, dining table and television.
Small utility room with washing machine, shower room with shower and washbasin, separate WC.
The kitchen and dining room have a 2-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and television.
The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm). A second 140cm bed can be placed in the passageway.
The rear courtyard has garden furniture with parasol.
Pets welcome (€15 per pet per week).
The keys are to be collected from the Guy Hoquet agency - Saint Pierre la Mer and a map to the accommodation will be given to you.

For sports enthusiasts: a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.), hiking and cycling trails in the Clape massif.
The garrigue, with its scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary, comes alive with the song of the cicadas in summer.
Curiosity: the Oeil Doux chasm, with its high, green limestone cliffs overlooking an emerald-green expanse of water.
In July and August, the largest market on the coast is held every day, as well as a night-time craft market.
