Location is big advantage of this property. Water is really near. But it is boardwalk and you need to go to water by stairs. Nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes by foot. It is pebble beach but in the water is sand. There is beach bar - Woodstock. Similar pebble beach is on opposite side approximately 15 minutes walking distance. There is beach bar, too.
Real sandy beach is Ninska Laguna Beach (10 minutes by car).
Good restaurants (accessible by foot) are there, too - Fishing club and restaurant Zukve and Konoba Mate.
Apartment deserves some renovation - scratching doors which is not possible to close, redecorating. We were there at the end of season, maybe, everything is tip top in July.

The accomodation had a microwave and internet in the TV.
The sea in the area us dirty and beach ugly.
