The house and pool are very nice. The basics of the house are good: Nice living room, nice kitchen including electrical equipment that you might expect, relatively large swimming pool, bedrooms and bathrooms ok. There is plenty of shade. There is an outdoor small ‘garden’, around the pool it can house 6 deck chairs max (there are only 4 available however), but then it is full.

We have to rate this lowest of approximately 20 houses we have rented over the years, equal price-category. At this price level, you expect that things are ok, maintained and work, that your privacy is guaranteed. - At 20 meters in distance, there are several families living in caravans. Facing the house and pool constantly. There is no fencing, bushing or whatsoever…just full open area. Very awkward. No privacy! - The internet connection is the worst you can imagine (camping families using the WiFi of the house does not help....) - The house is back to back with another house (impression was: solitary house) - Main electrical equipment in kitchen is inferior / defect: Cooking plate was defect when arrived (was replaced later), the oven (everything you put in gets burned within minutes). Fridge: Everything you put against the walls freezes. As a consequence vegetables cannot be kept in it - Electricity, short circuits: The earth leakage circuit breaker came in several times, especially when raining, leaving you in the dark (short circuit somewhere). Answer of the owner “just leave the failing group out for days”… which meant a.o. swimming pool pumps out (hygiene..?) and had no water pressure when showering. Owner is reacting very laconic, did not take any action. No fun sleeping in a house with NO smoke detectors with kids knowing there is water leaking into the electrical system. - When it is raining, you can not sit on terrace as they did not install the gutter (water splashes around) - Kitchen utensils: Some missing, inferior, defect, too little - All shower doors leak intensely (litres of water) - The swimming pool needs a thorough maintenance: The joints between the small tiles are more grey than white (fungus). The cover plate of the bottom water pump inlet fails, so you can seriously injure your foot when stepping on it. At least you expect the above and more taken care of. If so, you have a nice house, but still we would judge it then as overpriced.
