From the moment we arrived, she she made sure everything was perfectly prepared for our stay. The apartment itself was spotless, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. It had a cozy yet modern feel, which made it feel like home. I particularly loved the balcony outside where we relaxed in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Marie went above and beyond that really enhanced our visit. The location was also perfect—quiet, safe, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transport. We would stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Marie, for being such a fantastic host!

Very convenient and quiet place in Sukošan not far from the sea

TV worked. Air conditioner in a separate room to the bedroom so no issues with cold air blowing over you during the night. The area itself isn't very nice but there's a supermarket and lots of bakeries nearby, and only 20min to a free carpark just outside Zadar old town.

The property is a bit difficult to locate, it's in a different place than google puts it. It's accessible by a narrow lane off the given/named road. The host doesn't speak any English at all, nothing beyond "hello". She can only communicate in Croatian, Italian or French. I've not experienced someone working in tourism not speaking at least some English before. This made things difficult. The parking was horrible- it's only space for 1 car really, but there were 3 couples staying and we had to move cars round so the people leaving the earliest would block in those leaving later - it was ridiculous. Everything looked new but the cupboards were basically all empty- no oil for cooking, no kitchen roll or tea towels, no bathmat to absorb water after showering, no hand towel, no toiletries other than some watered down hand soap. The access path to the shower was essentially over the toilet whilst simultaneously under the boiler; there was no space. Hot water lasted about 10mins. No extra pillows or blankets. Despite closing every window and door, and there being fly-screens on most windows, we spent all night killing mosquitoes. Just as you sat down you'd find another one buzzing around you. At first glance this place looked nice but it feels like the owner is trying to spend as little money as possible by not providing very basic amenities such as soap or an extra towel, so I would not recommend unfortunately.
