Tuvimos un problema con la habitación que en la web estaba errónea. Pero con una llamada y una comprobación del error en una hora estaba subsanado sin coste alguno. El hotel es maravilloso, en un enclave precioso cerca de Santander, en el centro de Cantabria. Volvería sin dudarlo

El apartamento era muy bonito, super limpio. Decorado con mucho gusto.
Segundo piso sin ascensor viajando con 3 niños y un bebé de 4 meses. Sin aire acondicionado ni ventiladores a 40 grados. La gestión con la empresa mala, contestaron nuestro primer mensaje al día siguiente...si llega a ser una urgencia no se que hubiesemos hecho.
