The pool and the spa were great. Location near the lake was great Availability of free kayaks and water pedal boats

Curtains were coming of the rail so we could not blockout the sun. When we brought it up they said it was because the curtains were too heavy, so they were aware of the issue before allocating the room but did nothing about it. The alternative was to move to another room with a view of the partking lot (instead of the lake) We stayed 2 nights and they had events on both, right under our room! There is no soundproofing at all. We might as well have gone down to join the PWC event and the wedding the following night. Could not sleep We waited for over 45 minutes for 6 pierogi and a burger because clearly everyone was busy dealing with the PWC event. We were not told in advance that there would be a long wait. There was no apology and we were even told we "had not waited that long" I asked for the manager to contact me before I wrote this review to give them some feedback privately, however after almost 2 months since our visit I have given up on receiving that call. The hotel has potential and I am sure when construction is done it will be nice, but things like falling curtains, slow service and unresponsive management cannot be replaced by a nice garden.
