First words of the receptionist : "First you pay the whole bill, then ill show you your apartment." .... Is it normal ? I would not say ! So... Yes. The apartment looked differently than on the pictures at Booking. But it was ok. I just consider that behaviour as rude.

Nice and clean location, it is very convenient if you want to reach all Ski Alpin card resorts - Saalbach, Zell am See and Kaprun.
We had to boil water for tee in the pot as we didn’t get a kettle). And main dissatisfaction- it is how internet works. It drops connection every 30 sec, so it can drive you crazy very fast.
