La Casetta di Lulù

Most of the features about this place are very good. The kitchen is properly equipped. Electric kettle was there and a microwave which unfortunately far not always the case in apartments you rent in Italy, The main bedroom bed are great, The "kids" bedroom that has two single beds is a bit small and does not have an AC, still even during the heaatwave of late June 2026 it reasonable there. Location is one of the best you may think of staying in Nettuno. Close to main beaches and supermarkets as well as a bus stop and restaurants. "Just kitchen" place in the same house is highly recommended :) You don't hear noise on Saturday night in the apartment. A closet room has a small table and can be used as a tiny but cozy office. And SEA VIEW

The balconies are really small and you don't feel too safe if you try to have your glass of wine there. It may different if you don't have the fair of altitude. The bathroom has all the facilities, but there is lack og hooks to hang the towels and a shelf for soap inside the shower cabin

Tja, was hat uns gefallen? 😉 - der großartige Empfang - der liebevolle Kontakt - die wunderbar eingerichtete Wohnung - die fantastische Lage in dieser kleinen und gemütlichen Stadt am Meer - der herzliche Abschied und die Einladung wieder zu kommen - und, und, und - es war so schön

- einzig, dass Nachts ab und an mal ein Motorrad durch die Gassen gedonnert ist - aber dafür können die Vermieter ja nichts. Und wir sind auch schnell wieder eingeschlafen, daher war alles gut.

Nice and neat apartment, super close to the beach and the center. Very easy communication with Francesca who was also kind enough to let us wait for the train until noon at checkout!

Poche volte ho trovato tutto perfetto nei posti in cui ho soggiornato e questa è una di quelle ! Casa impeccabile, pulita e ordinata, fin da subito sentito come a casa mia, hai a disposizione tutto ciò che ti serve anche più. Per non parlare di Francesca disponibile e super gentile! Potrei continuare ancora ma credo di essere stato esaustivo:)) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Salvo
