Excellent chalet , great staff who were very helpful and waited on until we arrived later than expected . Overall great

The location was excellent and the chalet really well designed it was really close to the gondola and shops restaurants

Only one small complaint ; we could really have used a microwave as we travelled with a small baby unfortunately this was not available . We could also have used a hairdryer as 6 adults not a major deal but we did think one was included

Had everything we needed.

Arrived after long flight, could not finde soap or towel in the restroom, not even welcome drink or coffee.

Great apartment in an ideal location. Kitchen had everything we needed, comfy beds and very clean and warm. Spacious and had our own boot room.

Local nightclub music was a bit noisy between 12-4am for first few nights, after that volume seemed to be turned down. Prevented us from having window open over night.

Great location, close to a lot of attractions. Roomy apartment, exactly what a family needs.

The access to the apartment. There are a lot of stairs to climb or go down depending on whether you’re going in or out. Very difficult when you’re checking in or out with all the luggage.

We stayed at the eagle chalet It was perfect – the chalet has all the facilities you need and more The kitchen fully accessorized, two dishwashers Fantastic view Kind and patient staff Comfortable beds Very well maintained and clean

The fact that the parking place is an underground and you need to climb up the hill and stairs after you have dropped of the family in the cabin is about the only disadvantage I could find, I would have liked it better to park near the chalet. But this is all explained prior to reserving the place and it is for safety reasons. The water flow in the shower is a little weak. Other than that- perfect We will come back A magnificent place (although quite expensive)

Our stay at AlpenTravel Wagrain

My family and I have been coming to Austria for four years now by far this is the worst place we stayed in. First of all to reach the chalet you have to decent a very steep stairs which was unsafe when trying to bring our luggage in. Those stairs made us all suffer getting in and out of the chalet especially older members of the family. And of course it will be impossible for anyone with disabilities to come here. I think this should’ve been clearly mentioned when booking. Finally the bathroom have no shower curtains or any barrier to prevent water spilling on the floor and the receptionist keep annoying us about it which made us extremely uncomfortable. So to conclude I will never be staying here again and will never recommend it to anyone.

In the property description it said that there 3 bathrooms, however in reality there was only 2. This had an impact on our stay since we were 7 persons.

Prima verblijf en een gezellige week gehad :)

Mooi comfortabel chalet met voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Prachtige ligging met uitzicht over het dal, en op loopafstand van de piste. Er een was-droog combinatie aanwezig is en de keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Men heeft ook genoten van de aanwezige sauna. Voor de kids staan er verschillende sleeën in de skiruimte, dus vooral de je eigen slee thuis laten ;). Mensen van de receptie erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam.

-Niet alles van het serviesgoed en de pannen was schoon achtergelaten door andere huurders en dat terwijl je een 'strenge' brief krijgt voor vertrek met allerlei regels en mogelijke boetes. Voor ons niet van toepassing maar het is wel zaak dat dan ook gecontroleerd wordt. -Voor de huurprijs mag je op zijn minst ook een nieuwe afwasborstel en sponsje verwachten. -Wat fellere lampen op de slaapkamers zou geen luxe zijn. In de kasten zoeken met de zaklamp op de telefoon is niet handig.

Schöne lage aber man muss gut zu Fuss sein.

Nur eine Dusche und eine Sitzduschbadewanne für 8 Personen, Die Sauna ist eine Infrarotsauna für max 2 Personen. Man kann nicht direckt am Haus Parken und es ist nur übereine lange steile Treppe erreichbar.

Gut ausgestattetes Chalet mit schönem Blick. Sehr nette Gastgeber an der Rezeption. Die wenigen Problem wurden umgehend und gut gelöst! Ich kann anderslautende Kommentare hier nicht nachvollziehen. Hält man sich an Regeln und vereinbarte Zeiten scheint man hier gut aufgehoben zu sein... und auch mit gewisser Kulanz würde ich meinen kann man rechnen und entspannte Tage verbringen ;-)

Die Spezifikation Sauna oder Wärmekabine scheint nicht eindeutig und die Fotos führen dann evtl. zu einer anderen Erwartung
