Very thing was awesome 👍😎 Specially when I was stuck up with my clothes in the washing over a night the host herself helped me getting my clothes back even when I was not around & even dried it on the clothes hanger ( appreciate ) & also for allowing me to check-out 2hour late ( thanks ) This is my home form know onwards in JOBURG when ever I come here

The cleanliness and the order.
No lifts are working. Walking 11 flights of stairs is ridiculous. Everytime the lift facility is dissapointing

The interior was lovely and it is as exactly as the pictures.
The Lift!! We had to use stairs from Ground floor to the 11th Floor, that was crazy business. The water issue! The owner doesn't have control over it yes but it's frustrating (Three buckets were provided)
