Be prepared to relax and enjoy the peace and quality of life afforded in this newly remodeled penthouse unit at Anasazi Village. Yes, there is an elevator to this fourth-floor unit.
Anasazi Village is a resort quality community. It is a gated meticulously maintained 22-acre upscale resort style community, located 10 miles north of Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport, in the Paradise Valley area. The community includes 5 waterfall lagoon style swimming pools and spas, a club house with an onsite fitness center, two T.V. rooms, a pool/billiard room with two tables, ping-pong tables, game room, computer area, and an entertainment area with kitchen and bar for social events. The 22-acre community also has paved walking and bicycle trails.
Paradise Valley is adjacent to Scottsdale. So, Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Ridge Market Place, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are only 15 to 20 minutes away. Adjacent to the community is the Stone Creek golf course, with the Pro Shop being a short walk away from your front door. The Paradise Valley Mall is walking distance away and includes Macy’s, Dillard’s an additional 100 stores, and a movie theater. In the immediate area surrounding Anasazi Village there are numerous restaurants, major banks, pharmacy, Walmart, Costco, REI and LA Fitness
THE UNIT

Fourth floor condo overlooking the pool. Condo was just as advertised. Easy in and out access of Anasazi Village with everything you want right outside your door.

I left it 100% cleaner than I found it. Throw rugs need disposed as well as placemats. No safety bars in shower. Refilled all paper products I used. Need skirt hangers. I left make up mirror purposely.
