Modern and tastefully furnished newly renovated. holiday apartment with a barbecue on the large private panoramic sea view balcony within walking distance from the sandy beach.
This spacious 85 m² holiday apartment enjoys a unique position within walking distance to the romantic limestone cliff coast of Carvoeiro on the sunny Western Algarve in Portugal, an ideal base to enjoy the clear blue sea, sandy beaches and Mediterranean culture and hospitality.
Your holiday apartment is on the second floor of a two-storey villa. It has only recently been completely renovated when it was equipped with all the modern conveniences you might need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to its own separate entrance your privacy is guaranteed during your stay. The apartment offers a living / dining area, a separate modern fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bright and airy living area is furnished with one three- and one two- seater cream color leather sofa, digital flat screen satellite television, DVD and CD player and a dining table with four chairs. A wood fired oven provides a homely atmosphere and cozy warmth on cool evenings. The modern kitchen is complete with a ceramic cooktop and stylish stainless steel extractor hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwace, toaster, electric kettle and even a coffee machine. The master bedrooom is furnished with a 140 cm x 190 cm double bed, in the second bedroom you will find two 90 cm x 190 cm single beds that you can push together to make a double bed, both bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and spacious chest of drawers providing plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. One of the two bathrooms has a bath tub and shower device, the second bathroom has a shower cabin, both bathrooms offer a wash basin and wall mirror, hairdryer and a toilet. A bed for a baby and highchair are also available. Bed linen, a washing machine and reliable WiFi internet access is offered in your holiday apartment free of charge.
The master bedroom and living room have direct access to your private balcony with a large dining table and chairs, which is a real highlight. Here, you can spend long barbecue evenings under the starlit sky or simply retire with a good book and admire the panoramic views across the sea.

Lovely appartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies, one of them with beautiful seaview. Very well equipped.You can easily walk to a nice coastal path, especially for beautiful sunset views (don't follow Google instructions, the path is behind the parking lot on the left).Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The appartment can be reached by 3 stairs.Don't go the nearest restaurants, but walk a bit further for nicer restaurants.We loved the screen doors, so we could leave the terrace doot open at night.

Pictures can’t capture the beautiful view from this top floor apt. Everything inside was updated and very nice. Julia was excellent in communicating with us. We will be back!!

Check-In und Check-out war sehr einfach, die Kommunikation mit Júlia war unkompliziert. Júlia ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell auf Anfragen.
Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Felsen und das Meer.
Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Hotel, von dem man allerdings nicht viel mitbekommt.
Für uns war das Apartment ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Algarve zu erkunden, da man in jede Richtung in max. einer Stunde am Ziel war. Carvoeiro ist eine kleine Stadt, in der man abends auch sehr gut essen kann.
