Very clean and neat. Easy to find with very welcoming hosts. Close to S-bahn station for traveling throughout Hamburg. Great value for money

Second time I've stayed here for a week. It's exactly what I need - clean and comfortable with a good kitchen. Handy for s-bahn and main line trains. Slick check-in kiosk.
Frequent communication messages, but all in German.

The door code didn't work, but someone else was entered so I got in and could then program my key card.
Fire alarm went off. No one from HUB was around. fire workers simply broke into the office to stop the ringing, this after at least an hour in the street. I missed my evening out.

Easy Check-in & Check-Out process - instructions were shared very proactively, interaction on additional questions was very friendly and prompt
Safe Neighborhood with decent parking availability outside hotel parking
Decent kitchenette with coffee cup machine available
Bathroom was cleaned poorly - toilet was outright dirty
not an issue for us, but the elevators are extremely tight on space
