Clean, neat and well equip especially for the price

Perfect for the single traveller.

Second time I've stayed here for a week. It's exactly what I need - clean and comfortable with a good kitchen. Handy for s-bahn and main line trains. Slick check-in kiosk.

The reviews re the area were exaggerated. The place is clean, and easy to use for a few days.

The door code didn't work, but someone else was entered so I got in and could then program my key card.

Fire alarm went off. No one from HUB was around. fire workers simply broke into the office to stop the ringing, this after at least an hour in the street. I missed my evening out.

Good and cozy- but need some improvement

Clean and nice.

The info sending to email in advance was so confusing. First there were emails in German, the English ones were sent. It is mentioned in email that “please register now before arrival to get access digitally” but there is no link and instructions how to register!!! 2 days later they sent the link for registration. It should have been mentioned in the instruction that the registration link will be sent later. Another thing that I was a bit surprised: there is no shampoo or body soap for shower! It was just a hand soap. For this price and level of hoteling, it should be a must.

Acceptable stay

Quiet place close to train stations and food outlets

Difficult communication with the staff. They were not able to provide a quotation for extended stay (2-3 months) despite all my efforts. Serviced apartments meant no service during the stay. No internet access details placed in the room, you have to ask the clerk if it's between working hours. Otherwise you will have to wait the next day. If you leave for work in the morning and come back in the evening they will not have the office open and you will have no chance to get it.

Nice place, great area

It is clean & has all what person needs. The area is wonderful & livebel with lots of different choices for shopping and eating. All major markets are in the area, oriental markets also and even a cinema. That most food places there are oriental you shouldn't worry about where to eat even late at night.

At the first night the weather was too warm so wished if there was a lighter blanket than the available one. The curtains couldn't block sunlight thoroughly so sleeping after sunrise was a little bit of a challenge.

Great place to crash during a very busy weekend trip.

It was a great, reasonably priced hotel, with a better-stocked kitchen than many places I've stayed before. It's an easy trip on the S-Bahn, but far enough away from the center of the city that you can escape the partying and noise.

The apartment is small but compact, has everything you need for a short trip. Location is quiet, took me around 20 min with S-Bahn to the city center. Employees at the reception were helpful.

Reservation said that check in starts from 11am, in reality check in starts at 15pm. Luckly my room was ready for check in before 15pm.

Location is good, near to Harburg Rathaus S Bahn, Regional train Hamburg-Harburg Bf station in 15 min walk and 10 min by train to Hamburg Hbf. Easy self check-in/out. Well equipped studio - everything you need - comfy bed, shower, kitchenette with microwave oven, cooker, electric kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

Weak Wi-Fi. Would be good to have some hooks for towels in bathroom.

Exceptional

This is a great place to stay in a green district of HH (Harburg). Close to S Bahn station (Harburg Rathaus) and other transport. You can find the necessary foodstores, like Edeka or Aldi, in the neighborhood. A mini-kitchen in the room and other facilities available. The roof terrace is cozy and very beautiful!

Location is good, near to Hamburg Rathaus S Bahn, Edeka market and full of places around to go. Also, some vehicles sharing around (bikes and e-scooters).

Wifi connection is too bad and slow. Sometimes had to spend my cellular data plan but the signal there wasn’t good.

Excellent option for Harburg

Excellent short-term stay option for business in Harburg. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm. The people at the reception were very friendly and eager to attend to our needs.

Some shower amenities would have been nice to have. Not a deal-breaker, though, since these are very easy to find in the neighborhood and at very low prices...

Stayed for 8 nights.

Perfect for my requirements. Small but comfortable, and good cooking facilities. Short walk to S-Bahn and only 15 minutes to Harburg mainline Station. Nearby supermarkets.

Just a few minor niggles. Booking.com said there would be personal toiletries - there were not. The wardrobe is useless without hangers. I couldn't find anywhere to leave recycling.
