Au Bord de l'Eau is a studio apartment with its own private terrace and pool overlooking the Aveyron river and limestone cliffs.
The beauty of this property is that all amenities and activities are within walking distance with the added bonus that at the end of the day you can relax in peace and watch nature pass by as you relax in the garden and help yourselves to seasonal fruits ,veggies and herbs.
Inside you will a double bed, table and chairs for eating, TV / DVD player, a fully equipped kitchenette and shower room.
On the terrace outside there is also another dining area as well as sun loungers and a barbecue.
In the grounds there is an above ground swimming pool (non-heated and open May to September only) which is reserved exclusively for your use .
Nearby the village of Saint Antonin Noble Val has many restaurants, bars and shops including 2 supermarkets and a cinema.
There is a weekly farmer's market on Sunday morning and people come from miles around to visit and buy.
For the active there are options of canoeing, rock-climbing, pot-holing, mountain and road biking, swimming in the 25m outdoor heated municipal pool or the river as well as paragliding and hang gliding.
For those more interested in culture the village itself dates back to the 14th century and features the oldest town hall in France among other beautiful buildings. The ancient tanneries can still be seen along with buildings constructed with wattle and daub.
Further afield there are excellent places to visit including:
Najac, Penne and Bruniquel castles
The beautiful cities of Albi, Cordes sur Ciel, Toulouse, Cahors and Montauban
The vineyards of Gaillac, Fronton and Cahors

Agréable petit studio dans son écrin de verdure à 5 MN à pied du village.
Calme, bucolique, intimiste.
Victoria d'une grande discrétion reste disponible. La région, magnifique regorge de trésors et de curiosités. Nous reviendrons.
