About this house rental
Beautiful townhouse with rooftop deck - 1.5 miles to downtown. Located right off of Vanderbilt University's campus. Within walking distance to 20+ restaurants and local attractions. This is one of three units. Let us know if you want to host a large group.

This modern home features an open floor plan on the main floor with a large kitchen, living and dining room perfect for entertaining! Smart TV available in the living room. Parking for four cars is also available. You’ll feel right at home in one of the spacious bedrooms with walk in closets, and stylistic bathrooms.

Bedroom 2 - 2 queens (second floor)
Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed (third floor)
Bedroom 4 - 2 queens (third floor)
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception to the owner's closets.
Other things to note
Early check in may be available if the house is clean and ready. If not, guests may have the option to leave their luggage in the garage.
Late checkout may also be available. Guests must make the request 24 hours prior to checkout time.

Great communication with Emily! She was accommodating with our request for early check in!! Home was clean, beds were comfortable. A lot of stairs, which we knew so no surprise! Everyone in our group even the 4 year olds and two pups enjoyed their stay! Highly recommended!! Thank you Emily!!!

House was perfect for our large group. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a great main floor space to all hang out. would absolutely recommend for 10+ group heading to Nashville.
