Summary:
Central one bedroom apartment located in a brand new luxurious building freshly built. The rooms are full of light opening on the city center, famous HadavidKa place.
Perfect match between location, style and modernity.
You will enjoy the nice spots in the surroundings such as Mahane Yehuda and small streets of Nahlaot, Yafo and Ben Yehuda streets, Mamila etc
Public transportation is down the building.
The Space:
The living room is full of light thanks to the high windows. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains basic amenities. Kitchen is part of the living room. The bedroom is very comfortable and quiet despite the central location of the place. You can close the blinds for a dark atmosphere. Blinds are ultra modern electrical blinds.
The toilets are inside the bathroom.
A washing machine is available on spot.
The Neighborhood:
Heart of the city.
Hadavidka place with al public transportation is down the building.
5 minutes from the great Shuk, 5 minutes from Ben Yehuda and 10 minutes from Mamila, 15 to Old city.
Getting Around:
Light train is available down the building, Hadavidka station.
Buses are also reachable at 3 minutes walk.
Sherut for the airport are also reachable at 5 minutes walk.
I will be able to provide you with parking at a reasonable cost at 8 minutes walk from your house. You would have to let me know in advance.

Property was not cleaned or made ready for us when we arrived had to complain and wait 3 hours for a basic cleaning of the apartment. No refund was provided for the inconvenience caused
