Situated downstairs, bedroom 1 at this Waiheke accommodation is fitted with a queen bed plus a trundler. Upstairs on the mezzanine level, bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Wake peacefully to the song of Tui and Kereru, lounge or dine on private decks overlooking the Hauraki Gulf towards Little and Great Barrier islands, or set out on adventure...
This beautiful location is only a 4 minute drive to one of the best beaches in New Zealand. Stroll or drive to the beach, visit the local cafes, vineyards, bush walks and eco zip adventure all on your doorstep.

Please take care when using the deck. One section has a significant drop to the lawn below, and the low railing is not suitable for climbing. Adults should closely supervise young children in this area.
The upstairs loft bedroom features a mezzanine-style layout with a barrier lower than 1 metre. All guests should take care in this area, and it is not suitable for young children.
The pull-out trundler bed in Bedroom 1 is suitable for one child only and is available on request. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use it.
Please note that this property is equipped with Chromecast for streaming. Guests will need their own compatible device and streaming accounts.

A great stay - Gorgeous little house in beautiful quiet location.
Suggestion going forward - indicate that the parking is limited with owner and neighbors car in parking area. Difficult to have friends visit.
