Ultimate Hamptons Escape With Chef's Kitchen

Be safe and stay healthy at our sanitary house. We use products that are approved by the CDC to clean the premises from Tilex to Clorox we do our best to provide a germ free environment for you and your family.
This estate, located in East Quogue on three private acres abutting a wildlife preserve is the Ultimate Hamptons Escape. The property is literally like your own private estate.
This property features a new Chef’s Kitchen with a forty-eight inch gas range with commercial exhaust hood, convection ovens, convection microwave, two large refrigerators with ice makers, separate ice machine, two coffee makers, convection toaster oven, dual climate control wine and beverage fridge and stainless steel cookware.
The backyard is Southern exposure and has all the toys. There is a tennis court, full court basketball court, pool with large shallow end for people to socialize, new dual motor sixty jet eight person hot-tub with blue-tooth speakers, beach sand volleyball court and two barbecues. In addition the outdoor space includes couches, four outdoor tables with twenty chairs, additional sitting chairs and lounge chairs. The backyard and its facilities have lights throughout it, which almost illuminate the entire area.

The interior of the home includes ten bedrooms and seven full baths, so it can comfortably accommodate a large family.

There are two dining tables in order to permit everyone to comfortably dine together. The living room has a 60" wide flat screen HDTV with sound bar speakers, stereo and Italian leather couches. Each bedroom has flat screen televisions and wireless internet WiFi throughout the house.

The basement recreation room includes an air hockey table, pool table, ping-pong table, card table, foos-ball table, 55" wide screen television, three movie theater seats, couches and a washer and dryer.

We have pool/beach towels, bath towels and linens.

We have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for you to enjoy the beach.

We provide sporting balls, such as basketball(s) volleyball(s), however, we do not provide tennis rackets or balls. Also, we tend to provide pool rafts to Travelers, solely as a courtesy. Traveler is liable for replacement value in the event the raft(s) require replacement, i.e. irreparable.

The house has 10 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms:

There are five bedrooms upstairs (two kings, three queens and two twins), 3 bedrooms on the first floor (one king, three double beds and a sofa bed) and two bedrooms in the basement (two kings).

The only additional fee you are liable for would be for any propane used to heat the pool or additional pool and/or hot tub cleanings. At the time of your departure you are not obligated to wash the linens and towels or clean the premises, however, you must return the premises in the manner in which it was provided to you, i.e. free of trash and furniture in proper location.
