About this house rental
Be safe and stay healthy at our sanitary house. We use products that are approved by the CDC to clean the premises from Tilex to Clorox we do our best to provide a germ free environment for you and your family.
This estate, located in East Quogue on three private acres abutting a wildlife preserve is the Ultimate Hamptons Escape. The property is literally like your own private estate.
This property features a new Chef’s Kitchen with a forty-eight inch gas range with commercial exhaust hood, convection ovens, convection microwave, two large refrigerators with ice makers, separate ice machine, two coffee makers, convection toaster oven, dual climate control wine and beverage fridge and stainless steel cookware.
The backyard is Southern exposure and has all the toys. There is a tennis court, full court basketball court, pool with large shallow end for people to socialize, new dual motor sixty jet eight person hot-tub with blue-tooth speakers, beach sand volleyball court and two barbecues. In addition the outdoor space includes couches, four outdoor tables with twenty chairs, additional sitting chairs and lounge chairs. The backyard and its facilities have lights throughout it, which almost illuminate the entire area.
The interior of the home includes ten bedrooms and seven full baths, so it can comfortably accommodate a large family.
There are two dining tables in order to permit everyone to comfortably dine together. The living room has a 60" wide flat screen HDTV with sound bar speakers, stereo and Italian leather couches. Each bedroom has flat screen televisions and wireless internet WiFi throughout the house.
Two zone central a/c and heating.
The basement recreation room includes an air hockey table, pool table, ping-pong table, card table, foos-ball table, 55" wide screen television, three movie theater seats, couches and a washer and dryer.
We have pool/beach towels, bath towels and linens.
We have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for you to enjoy the beach.
We provide sporting balls, such as basketball(s) volleyball(s), however, we do not provide tennis rackets or balls. Also, we tend to provide pool rafts to Travelers, solely as a courtesy. Traveler is liable for replacement value in the event the raft(s) require replacement, i.e. irreparable.

There are five bedrooms upstairs (two kings, three queens and two twins), 3 bedrooms on the first floor (one king, three double beds and a sofa bed) and two bedrooms in the basement (two kings).
The only additional fee you are liable for would be for any propane used to heat the pool or additional pool and/or hot tub cleanings. At the time of your departure you are not obligated to wash the linens and towels or clean the premises, however, you must return the premises in the manner in which it was provided to you, i.e. free of trash and furniture in proper location.

We had a great family reunion-vacation here, and it was thanks to all these good points about this property and the host. (1) Communication with the host was great. We could ask questions, they were answered promptly, everything went very smoothly, including the host ensuring that items for a disabled family member were set up. We understood all about the house before we arrived, and could plan accordingly. (2) The house is perfectly designed for several family groups. You are with each other, it's easy to hang out, but you're not stepping on each other's toes. (3) There is a lot of forethought that went into what is present in the house, from kitchen tools, to having 2 grills for larger groups, to the shelving and cabinet by the front door for storing the inevitable stuff that comes with a larger group. (4) The basement play room was fabulous for the kids, and for the adults as well! The kids could disappear downstairs to play pool or watch TV, while the adults could remain upstairs chatting. (5) The pool and grounds are well taken care of. The large shallow area of the pool is genius, and a great way for everyone from little kids to older/disabled family members to enjoy the water. In short, we all had a wonderful holiday, and the setting of this house, with the care and hospitality of the owner, really made that come together. Highly recommend!

From start to finish Matthew was a fantastic host.The house was better than described on VBRO. It was extremely clean and well maintained. It has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The basement was a game room haven with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, gaming table. Outside has tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, sand volleyball, pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating for 20. The beaches are close, and the house has beach chairs and umbrellas to use.Matthew was super helpful with dining, shopping, and excursion ideas. I highly recommend this house for entertaining clients, large groups, or families.

As advertised, this house has plenty of space with lots of activities in the backyard. The bathrooms upstairs are newly renovated which was lovely. We generally enjoyed our stay with the exception of a plumbing leak/ issue that occurred on our second day causing a flood in the basement – we were told by the repairman it was due to flushing toilet paper in the toilets. The host was very responsive in getting someone out to make repairs, which we did appreciate but truthfully it was a frustrating experience to spend an afternoon on that and be told you can’t use toilet paper in your very expensive rental. Hopefully this is something that will not be an issue for future guests, but wanted to share our experience.
