Location is perfect, 7/11 right in the same building, walking distance to The Nine, and plenty of food options around there. The room is clean, renovated and has all the basics: TV, fridge, kettle a/c, shower has a great water pressure. There's a water machine and washing machines on the ground level. Everyone is genuinely helpful and happy to assist with your requests.

Not a deal breaker, the place is genuinely well taken care of and clean, but some things that could be improved: we didn't have any cleaning done as it wasn't clear who, what, or when. It was easier to just get water/toilet paper from 7/11 because it was not typically replenished. Also, no one is typically present at the reception; you can still meet staff and ask for what you need, but it may take some time and effort to locate anyone. Maybe they can put a ring on a counter or something, so you can get someone when you need them. Also, having a microwave at the property would make a great addition.

Location is excellent, we came to Bran Trainer which is literally 1min away. Plenty of food/coffee nearby as well as the Nine(mall). The room was clean, had plenty of storage, TV, kettle and fridge. Bed was very comfortable. 7/11 right in the same building too.

The cleaning was confusing as sign on the door didn’t work- like they never paid attention or seen it, we had to seek out the stuff just to at least ask for garbage to be removed. Then water won’t be replenished if you didn’t ask also. No one ever present at the check in besides occasional security guard in the evening, but he couldn’t help with either cleaning or water. Not a big deal overall but rather a minor inconvenience.
