Our large 2-room apartment is conveniently located in the east of Nuremberg in the Mögeldorf district in a quiet side street. A short walk takes you to the Pegnitztal nature reserve, where you can walk, jog or cycle. The large Nuremberg zoo is also right next door. The distances to the city center (approx. 10-15 minutes), to the trade fair or to the airport (car approx. 15 minutes, by S-Bahn and U-Bahn approx. 30 minutes) and to the motorway (approx. 5 minutes) are just as short ). A short walk will take you to the S-Bahn, which will take you to Nuremberg Central Station in 6 minutes and thus to the city center and historic old town of Nuremberg. There are other means of transport such as bus and tram / tram available as alternatives. Shops, restaurants, a gym (McFit), parks, zoo and children's playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity. Free parking in front of the house.
Our newly renovated and modern apartment is located on the ground floor, is 48 square meters and has a large living-dining room and a separate bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle). In addition to the bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), the apartment also has a sofa bed for two people. A travel cot for toddlers is also available. TV (German programs) and free WiFi are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
The apartment is ideal for a city trip, vacation in the region, visits to trade fairs and business trips. Families with children are very welcome (P. S .: The beautiful Nuremberg Zoo is just around the corner and the Playmobil Fun Park is only about 30 minutes away ... and there are countless activities for families with children of all ages nearby). You are also welcome to inquire about conditions for longer rentals.

Our big double-room-apartment is very well situated in the east of Nuremberg in a quiet area in the suburb called Mögeldorf.
A short walk takes you to the river Pegnitz and a large nature protection area, where you can walk, run or go on bike tours. The great zoo is just around the corner.
The way to the main station and the city center is just as close to the apartment. With the public transport you can reach all sights and places in a short and frequent way. Shopping facilities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery), restaurants and a park with a childrens playground are near our location. You can park your car in front often he apartment for free.
The apartment in the ground floor is new renovated and furnished. On 48 sqm you find a big living room with a kitchen area, a separated bathroom (with a shower) and a sleeping room. There is a double bed in the sleeping room (140x200 cm) and another posibility to sleep for two persons on the sofa in the living room. There is also a baby cot available. The kitchen is well equiped (fridge, stove with backing oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle). TV with german programs, free WIFI.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Wonderful time. We were visiting family in the area and the hosts were very accommodating for our family of four. Short walk to parks and everything you needed was right there in the neighborhood. Good access to transit, so it was great to have a quiet place to relax but able to get in/out of main city easy. Neighbors friendly.

This was my second stay in this beautiful, spacious and quiet apartment. It is on the bottom floor so only 2 steps to get in the apartment. Shopping is in walking distance and since I don’t drive a car while staying there I get easy bus and streetcar connections. However the owners and the whole family are so wonderful! So friendly, helpful and kind! Very very nice people!
Next time I am in Nürnberg I hope to be able to stay there again and can only recommend you to do the same.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist alles da, sauber und gut gelegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe, Innenstadt gut erreichbar und nebenan ein Naturbad. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
