About this apartment rental
Comfortable , newly renovated 2bed/2bath open plan club cottage with views of pond fountain and golf course beyond. Non-Smoking, no pets. This 1143 sq feet, 1-story cottage in PGA National gated community is perfect for enjoying the PGA season; Cognizant Classic; Baseball spring training; or your favorite foursome of golf or fishing trip. This Club cottage has tile floors throughout. The newly renovated Kitchen has white cabinets and stainless steel appliances fully equipped for cooks. The master has a king bed with new ensuite walk in shower bath. The guest bedroom has 2 queens allowing for extra visitors. 400 count Linens/towels/ beach towels provided. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Flat screen TVs located in each bedroom with a 55" TV and DVD in the living room. Cable and wifi internet service throughout. Enjoy grilling with gas on your outdoor patio while enjoying the fountain water views with The Staple golf course in the distance. The private community pool is a short walk away with its own bathrooms.
The club cottages are in walking distance to the PGA resort with a convenient access bridge. The resort boasts 5 onsite restaurants and lounges; a chocolate shop, and a world-class spa which are all available to the general public.
Outside of PGA resort: The area boasts numerous good semi-private/ public golf courses, tennis/ pickle ball facilities nearby as well as LA Fitness. The Publix grocery is located just across PGA Blvd. With Whole Foods, Doris' and Joseph's near by. You are 10 minutes to the Gardens Mall, 15 minutes to Juno Beach and 15 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport. PGA Boulevard alone has over 100 restaurants from which to choose, with Jupiter Harbor Place and WPB City Place and Worth Ave a short drive away. The Arts are all around with multiple museums and theatrical offerings. Numerous public golf and tennis facilities are nearby as well as LA Fitness. And lots of activities for visiting children with Lion safari and water parks.
