Crown Point Luxury is one of the premier properties, and is the perfect way to spoil yourself, your family and your friends when you visit San Diego. This home offers 2,400 square feet of luxurious living space that includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as 10,000 square feet of outdoor space.

The Perfect Island Escape
Crown Point Luxury is decorated in a tropical, contemporary design. You’ll notice how spacious and welcoming this large house is the moment you step in the door. Original artwork decorates the walls and the granite countertops throughout the house add a feeling of elegance. Large windows and skylights let in plenty of light, so you can really get a taste of the tropics.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Crown Point Luxury offers three king beds, one queen and a pull out sofa for your group. This rental is the perfect option if you want to bring the spouse and kids to San Diego with other members of your family. It can also be a great choice for a group of friends. Two of the bedrooms include private baths, with beautiful tiled walk-in showers and lots of sink space. Most of the bedrooms also include large flat screen televisions with You Tube TV and plenty of streaming options.
Kitchen
San Diego offers lots of amazing restaurants, but you might not even want to go out to eat with all that this spacious kitchen offers. The kitchen is completely open, allowing multiple people to cook together at the granite countertops or central island. You can eat at the breakfast bar in the morning, or settle down for a more formal meal at the dining room table below the capiz chandelier.
Living Room
Relax after all your San Diego adventures in the large, open living room, which features a comfy couch, large fireplace and picture window that looks right out at the salt water pool. A 75-inch flat screen television with surround sound is a great option for catching the game or watching a movie together at night.
Outdoors
Of course, this is San Diego, so you can’t spend all you time inside. Step outside and enjoy a dip in the salt water pool. The hours will speed by as you play in the water or catch up on some reading poolside. When the night grows chilly, it’s time to move to the warm Jacuzzi or get ready for a meal under the stars. Enjoy sipping wine or some of San Diego’s famous craft beer under the large, custom Palapa Bar with 65-inch TV, built in barbeque, sink and outdoor refrigerator. Tom was a gracious and trustworthy host. Great communication. He allowed us both an early check in and a late check out. The house itself is fantastic. It really feels like your own private resort. Heated pool, great hot tub, really nice outdoor grill and eating space, and gas fireplace. There are huge Lanai doors that create a great indoor/outdoor feel. Interior of the house was very clean. Can get to just about any attraction in San Diego in 20 minutes or less. I would highly recommend this rental. We had a fantastic time.

We had to pivot from our Mexico plans and booked this property at the last minute. Kid’s reviews: 10/10! I loved the roof you can walk on. It was so fun. I loved the pool! I really liked the design of the place. So much room to have fun! Adults: I loved that there were enough bathrooms for everyone. Pool is *chef’s kiss*! The fire pit was the perfect early-morning coffee corner and evening cocktail bar. This place is a little slice of San Diego heaven. Paradise found! We had an amazing vacation and made wonderful memories. Bonus was viewing the Blood Moon from the roof patio. And Tom is a delightful and helpful host. 100% would go back again.

Our stay began with our group being greeted by Tom upon our arrival where he then briefly walked us through the property, highlighting all of its amenities and gave us directions on how to use the spa/pool heat, etc. Once he left us to settle in we started to notice that things weren't very clean...like at all. From missing some very obvious and basic dusting and cobweb removal, to some more concerning items, like small piles of garbage and debris left under the vanity, or the soap scum and mildew covered shower curtain liner, to the broken bottle type of frozen contents remaining in the freezer, or dirt stained carpeting in the main bedroom, or that odd stain on the sofa and it's near twin on the headboard. For a $300 cleaning fee per stay I would have expected things to be quite a bit tidier and less college dorm room. Then there were the random things that were in disrepair, such as the inoperable fireplace, or the pull out sofa that was missing a handful of springs. Some TLC and putting oneself in the guests shoes would go a long way in getting this place back to being respectable and enjoyable for one's stay. Until then, vacationer beware.
