About this apartment rental

N°481 - Apartment renovated in 2019 with terrace overlooking the sea at 200m from the beaches and the center of Trégastel, on the ground floor of a small residence rue du Général de Gaulle, including:
1 living room with TV, sofa bed 2 beds overlooking the terrace -
1 kitchen corner equipped with combined oven microwave, refrigerator, plate 2 electric fires -
1 "alcove" with 1 trundle bed of 1 person with duvet -
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet -
Heating package of 20 €/week from October to May. Electric heating.Terrace with lounge terrace. Private parking. Very good condition (maintenance and painting). Terrace furniture.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent on the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week, short stays possible.
Suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.

Nie wieder Buchung über Agentur Guillouzer Immobilier! Schreckliches Appartment.
Überflutetes Bad bei Einzug wegen nicht festgezogener Rohrschelle. Außerdem waren Wasserhähne zentral nicht aufgedreht, sodass Duschen über 2 Tage nicht möglich war. Klempner ist gekommen und hat repariert. Agentur ist zu keiner Erstattung bereit, auch nicht zu Teilerstattung. Bad, Küchenzeile, Tisch und Stühle waren neu. Alles andere alt und muffig. Sehr alter, abgenutzter Teppichboden, ebenso die Schlafcouch. Sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Appartment. Schrank nicht nutzbar, da umfunktioniert zu Aufbewahrungsort für Putzmittel. Fenster undicht, sodass es zog. Nebenkosten sehr hoch, was viel zu spät erst während des Buchungsvorgangs angezeigt wird. Sehr viel Kleingedrucktes in vielen Vertragsunterlagen, nur in Französisch! Zusätzliche Haftpflicht-Versicherung für Ferienappartments war erforderlich inkl. Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung (die ich gar nicht brauchte! Geldschneiderei!). Einzig Lage war gut. Das Appartment befand sich allerdings in einem 60er-Jahre-Haus mit langen, dunklen Fluren ... Sehr sehr schade! Ich hätte meinen Urlaub gern genossen.
