About this house rental
This is an ideal vacation home! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable river house on a canal that leads to the Crystal River. No bridges. It is in a quiet, tucked away neighborhood off Fort Island Trail. Beach is about 4 miles away and public boat ramp is within one mile. The house has a split bedroom floor plan, wide open living area, two car garage with opener and a screened porch overlooking a picturesque backyard and canal. All appliances and washer/dryer have recently been replaced. A new spa was installed in 2023. Perfect for pleasure and relaxation. Master bedroom is large and includes a king size bed, and bath. Total living area is 2100 SF. Extra amenities include two kayaks, a bumper pool table and a six person hot tub. It provides a relaxing refuge after a long day on Crystal River or the Gulf. A fold down kayak launcher is provided on the floating dock. The dock will easily accommodate a 24’ or larger boat. A biking and walking trail is less than a quarter mile away. Spectrum streamed through Roku devices is provide on all four TVs. High speed internet through Spectrum. Our across the street neighbor is a fishing boat Captain. This was our second year enjoying this lovely home for our annual family scalloping adventure. The home is centrally located to our favorite restaurants, springs and scalloping spots. We look forward to enjoying more family vacations here.

Property was very nice. Canal was super shallow for our 25ft center console but we made it work. Word is the canal has been approved to be cleaned and dredged. House could use a little TLC but would definitely recommend to anyone with a smaller boat or flats boat. Neighbors are friendly and helpful too!
