It’s located near the south end of Breckenridge on Highway 9 near the Breckenridge Ice Rink – a great choice for a fun family outing – or, take the easy stroll to Main Street. It’s even a short walk to see Isak Heartstone, Breck’s large-scale, wooden troll sculpture!
The large, open living room welcomes you as you enter; you’ll love the beautiful gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. There are two expansive balconies located off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular views of the ski slopes and Baldy Mountain. Of course, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight at the dining table.
Other amenities include covered assigned parking spaces, private laundry, elevator service and complimentary Wi-Fi. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The layout of the condo is fine but we had numerous issues with our stay. Location is good next to shuttle bus. The fireplace never worked despite multiple visits from the maintenance service. The balcony door was difficult to close and froze shut on the first night with an open gap that made the apartment freezing cold. The heating system is VERY noisy and kept turning on and off which kept us up at night. Linen (or just the pillows) was smelly and the floor needed a good vacuum. The management company did their best to assist and we’re responsive however some of the issues were too difficult to resolve during our stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.
