Two Seas—Waterfront Beach House All-New in 2023 - Oak Island, NC
Newly expanded and completely remodeled down to the studs! All new flooring, HVAC, bathrooms, ceiling fans, and more.
This home has incredible waterfront views and is just a short (3-minute) walk to the beach. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at the new Two Seas. Front and back decks with water views, as well as ocean views from the front bedrooms. Oak Island is a south-facing beach, which means exceptional sunrises and sunsets! Dolphins, birds, and other wildlife have been seen feeding right off the backyard dock, and the tidal waterway is teaming with many varieties of shrimp and fish.
We have plenty of room for friends and family to spread out and be comfortable. The house has 6 total bedrooms—one on the first floor and 5 on the second. The first-floor bedroom has a king bed, as do two primary bedrooms upstairs. In addition there are 2 queen bedrooms, plus a kids’ room that has two queen beds and a Twin XL bunk bed, which rounds out the spacious sleeping accommodations. Additionally, we have an extra fold-out bed.
Five bedrooms have private bathrooms with walk-in, glass-enclosed showers. The kids’ bedroom has a private bath in the hallway, with a bathtub.
Our kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need to cook for a crowd. A large dining table seats 10 and there are 4 bar stools on the 12' kitchen island. Or use one of the kitchen’s three sliding glass doors and enjoy a meal at the tables on the deck.
The living room has a lot of brand new, comfortable seating and a 75” TV with surround sound.
Our well-appointed home means you can go to the beach, swim, shell, use one of our six kayaks, fish from the dock in the backyard, go shrimping and more. We have a selection of beach equipment, a wagon to make the short walk to the beach even easier, and an outside shower to rinse off when you get back. We have high speed gig WI-FI internet service and 7 TVs for guest use.
We are a mile from the ‘new’ Oak Island bridge that connects Highway 211 to Oak Island. The famous Ocean Crest Pier is less than two miles away. The island boasts a variety of bars and restaurants close by as well as a brewery, grocery and specialty stores, mini golf, ice cream, tennis, and the Oak Island Lighthouse. Carolina National Golf Club is only 22 minutes, and at least 50 great golf courses are within an easy drive. If you have the time, explore historic Wilmington and Southport, or take the ferry to Bald Head Island.
Two Seas always had the absolute best location on the island, and now it is an exceptionally large house with room for everybody!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Oak Island home! The house was exactly as described, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable furnishings. The location was great, and we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway.

This house is fantastic! Beautiful water views, short walk to the beach, well-appointed kitchen, kayaks ready to launch from private dock, large living and dining areas for gathering and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to also have their own space! We hope to be back!

The house is beautiful and perfectly situated for sound access and for viewing gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Beach access is also close and easy. Our family of 12 had plenty of space, and enjoyed cooking together in the well-appointed kitchen.

We had a wonderful week. We really enjoyed the outdoor decks, the hammack, the sunsets on the marsh and close proximity to the beach. We loved all the extras provided, liked the kayaks and the house being stocked with the basic necessities and a cold beer! The extra fridge in the living to was helpful too for adult beverages. We did have challenges with all the screen doors so that took away from being able to have the doors open to enjoy the breeze and sound of the marsh wildlife. Overall a great stay with lots of adventure!
