Apartment Tolkmit 1
Comfortably furnished apartment for 2 people.
The apartment consists of 1 living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room.
At your disposal is a large sun terrace, a lawn, a garden shed and a grill in the garden.
The beds are made and towels are provided in the bathroom.
A small to medium-sized dog can be brought.
If you bring a dog, we ask you to bring bed linen and towels. Otherwise there are no additional costs.
For short overnight stays - 3 or 4 days
we charge a higher rental price.
If you cancel at short notice - up to 5 days before arrival -
we calculate 50% of the total.
Otherwise we keep the 20% deposit.

Apartment Tolkmit 1 has 45 square meters of living space - a living room with kitchenette and a bedroom - space for 2 people and apartment Tolkmit 2 has 55 square meters of living space - a living room with kitchenette and two bedrooms - space for 4 people. Both apartments have 1 shower room with toilet. The apartments have TV, radio and WiFi. They are both non-smoking apartments.
A large sun terrace with garden furniture and grill is at your disposal, as well as a playground for children and a log cabin.
The apartments are in a rural and quiet location, ideal for relaxation.
Benefit from the fresh and healthy North Sea air.

Popular excursion destinations are the Friedrichskoog seal breeding station, the Friedrichskoog fishing port, a play whale in Friedrichskoog at the harbor, the Brunsbüttel lock, museums in Marne and Meldorf and much more. You can also go cycling, horse riding, surfing, playing tennis, mudflat hiking, swimming in the North Sea or a boat trip on the Kiel Canal and trips to the Halligen in the area.
We do not rent to fitters and seasonal workers!

Von der Buchung über die ausführliche Beschreibung der FeWo und der sauberen, komplett eingerichteten Wohnung war alles perfekt! Bleibt nur noch - und vor allem - der von der Buchung bis zu unserer Abreise stets freundliche und zuvorkommender Kontakt mit den Gastgebern zu erwähnen!

Sehr schöne, kleine, ruhige Ferienwohnung, wo man d3n Blick in die Ferne schweifen lassen kann. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Objekt verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, Zugang zur Terrasse und zu Spielgeräten und Sandkasten. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch und entspricht den Angaben in der Beschreibung. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig. Und die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub, den wir gern wiederholen werden. 👍🏻
